The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
As our garments are handcrafted using natural wool and artisanal techniques, slight variations in:
- color,
- texture,
- dimensions,
- density,
- and finish
may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Product photographs are non-contractual and may vary slightly depending on screen settings and natural material variations.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Sakré reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Sakré reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- payment issues,
- suspected fraud,
- incorrect product information or pricing,
- or product unavailability.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the customer will be fully refunded.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers available on the website.
Sakré does not store full payment card details.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared within an estimated timeframe indicated on the website.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on:

Sakré cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

- include original packaging and tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.
8. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
9. Warranty & Defective Products
Customers must notify Sakré within 48 hours of delivery if a product arrives damaged or defective.
Claims should include:
- the order number,
- photographs of the item,
- and photographs of the packaging.
Natural variations related to handmade production are not considered defects.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, images, designs, logos, and visual identity, remains the exclusive property of Sakré.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
