Each Sakré piece is carefully handcrafted in small batches using traditional techniques and natural materials. Because of this artisanal production process, preparation and shipping times may vary slightly.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days.

During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • France
  • European Union countries
  • Selected international destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number when available.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Sakré is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by incomplete shipping information
  • Additional shipping costs resulting from returned parcels

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier investigation process.

Handmade Nature of Products

Our garments are handcrafted from natural wool using traditional felting techniques. Minor variations in texture, color, and dimensions are part of the uniqueness of each piece and should not be considered defects.
