Refund policy

At Sakré, each felted vest is handcrafted with care using artisanal techniques and natural materials. Slight variations in texture, color, and shape are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized pieces
• Items purchased on final sale
• Products damaged through improper use, washing, or storage

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent
• The product arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Natural Material Disclaimer

Our felted garments are made using natural wool and traditional felting techniques. Variations in texture, density, dimensions, and color are not considered defects but part of the character of handmade production.
